Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Renters must be at least 25 years of age
• A valid driver's license is required at the time of pickup
• The renter must present the same payment method used during booking
• International renters must hold a valid license from their home country

2. Reservations & Payments

• A minimum rental period of 2 days applies to all bookings
• A non-refundable deposit of $60.00 is required to secure your reservation
• Full payment must be completed before or at the time of vehicle pickup
• A processing fee of 5.4% + $3.00 applies to all transactions
• Weekly rates apply for Economy and Sedan vehicles: $300 per 7-day block
• The Mazda Premacy (8-seater) is priced at $85/day with no weekly discount
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal

3. Security Deposit

A fully refundable security deposit of $150.00 is required at the time of vehicle pickup. This deposit will be returned upon the safe return of the vehicle in the same condition it was rented, with no outstanding charges. The deposit may be forfeited in whole or in part in the event of damage, excessive cleaning requirements, traffic violations, or other breaches of these terms.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• The $60.00 booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the pickup date will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable
• No-shows forfeit all payments made
• Unstoppable Car Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to vehicle unavailability; a full refund will be issued in such cases

5. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must only be operated by the named renter on the booking form
• Vehicles must remain within the island of New Providence, Bahamas unless prior written consent is obtained
• Off-road driving is strictly prohibited
• Smoking inside any rental vehicle is prohibited
• Transporting animals is not permitted without prior approval
• The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activity
• Sub-letting or re-renting the vehicle to any third party is prohibited

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided, a refueling charge will be deducted from the security deposit at the prevailing local rate plus a service fee.

7. Accidents & Damage

• The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period
• In the event of an accident, the renter must notify Unstoppable Car Rentals immediately and file a police report
• Damage caused by negligence, reckless driving, or violation of these terms is the full financial responsibility of the renter
• The security deposit will be applied toward any damage costs
• Costs exceeding the security deposit remain the renter's liability

8. Breakdowns

In the event of a mechanical breakdown not caused by the renter, Unstoppable Car Rentals will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement vehicle or arrange repairs. We are not liable for any costs, losses, or inconveniences arising from a breakdown beyond our control.

9. Pick-Up & Drop-Off

• Airport and Western Area pick-up/drop-off services are available as add-ons at the time of booking
• Pick-up and drop-off times must be agreed upon in advance
• Late returns beyond the agreed return time may incur additional daily charges

10. Limitation of Liability

Unstoppable Car Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the renter for the rental period in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Bahamas.

12. Changes to These Terms

Unstoppable Car Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
